“The hotel was nice and modern. The lobby was nice. Staff was welcoming. Idk how many people man the front desk but I’ve called a couple times and no one answered. Too modern design that they don’t have ample space to hang clothes or even drawers to keep anything. “The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”
