“This is a walk-up apartment that is clean and well-equipped, featuring amenities like Apple TV, a washer, and a dryer. However, the bedroom does not have a window that can be opened. Additionally, residents on the first floor smoke, and the smoke travels up through the air vents. I shared this feedback with the landlord, who has been very responsive. Hopefully, the issue will be addressed soon and the apartment will start to smell better.”

“We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s located close to shops and restaurants. Had minor issue with hot water, but property management helped with it. ”

“Positives: great location and ample space for large groups. Areas of opportunities: need more dishes and glass ware to match the occupancy of the house. Need extra blankets and pillows. Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. ”

“I came to Yellow Springs to attend a yoga retreat with friends. The house was perfect- nice extras- fire pit, quiet backyard, tea and coffee station, spices, condiments, games…. The blow drier was broken and when I mentioned it to the owner he thanked me for letting him know so he could replace it. Beds and pillows were super comfy.”

The location is great with many different food options nearby and ease of access to nearby Dayton. My only critique would be to consider adding small smart TVS to the bedrooms (or at least the master). Thank you.”
