“What a truly great experience. Having been in Keene Valley in the same house 50 years ago, it was a pleasure to see it being cared for and run and such a beautiful way. Kelly, the manager, couldn’t have been More delightful. Preparing breakfast and always there for questions or advice on where to go out to dinner or tge next mountain to climb.. It was a perfect weekend and I’m looking forward to going back thank you Keene valley lodge.”

“We highly recommend the Bark Eater Inn!!!!! The Bark Eater Inn is in a beautiful, quiet location, minutes from everything!! My husband and I had no idea how much we were going to enjoy our stay, or we would have booked to stay longer!! The food is incredibly delicious. The host and hostess, Meghan and Tyler are warm, friendly, super people. They welcomed us into their home and encouraged us to explore the acres of property. “We stayed in the cottage. The location was beautiful and the view breathtaking. Our host Jeff was lovely, prepared a light healthy breakfast each day and always had a recommendation for our day trips. At first glance, the cottage was nicely furnished and neat. “The room was clean and well kept. All the equipment were functional and also very clean. The area was beautiful and quiet.
