“This place was perfect for our ski and snowboard trip to Whiteface. Close to the mountain for us to get in early. We used each room and all my friends were very comfortable. Even the two adult men that had to share the small cabin had no complaints. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for us to recover our exhausted bodies from full day of shredding the mountain. “Stayed here after a long day of hiking. This was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The facilities are charming with many amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the facility was very peaceful and quiet. Will recommend to others and will definitely return. Thank you.”

“We were greeted by 2 dogs before the host met us at the office door when we arrived and we stayed 3 comfortable nights. It was chilly weather but we had a thick comforter on our bed so we could enjoy the fresh air and still be warm. We had pizza with our host the first night and there were coffee shops for breakfast and coffee in the towns nearby we visited over the next few day. “Small but cozy building from early 20th century with add on living room and bathroom. Some of the instructions didn't match the reality ( lights on ,no wifi pw needed) . No tv,wifi was spotty.propane ,electric and space heating provided and heavy comforters.15 minutes from gore mt 25 to town with stores and restaurants. Need 4wd in winter due to gravel roads.Good value . Was warned about dog who woke us up barking outside wimdow at 10pm. Looks like it would be fun in warm weather with Hot tub……
