“This guest house is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis. I enjoyed being close to so many shops and restaurants. The house was just what I needed for myself, but it would be great for a couple too. The complimentary snacks and coffee were such a thoughtful touch. “This place was perfect for our group. We were in town for the Women’s National wrestling duals held in Westfield. The home was a perfect to relax after a long day of rooting for our team! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe and just at home. Communication with the host was fantastic throughout our stay. Should we be in the area again, we will definitely try to book it!”

“We traveled as a family of 5 to try out Carmel Swim Club. The rental was literary 2 min of drive away from the pool. Everything else was super close, literary 1.5 miles or 5-8 min away. The rental has everything you need, extra towels, lots of kitchenware and it is just a very cozy house! We loved it! ”

“We stayed here instead of driving home after a concert. This is a great place to stay, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean with a private entrance and it looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again! ”

“We had an excellent stay! The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized, with labeled cupboards and drawers, which made it easy to find everything we needed for cooking. Our kids especially loved the pool table — it kept them entertained the whole time. Highly recommend!”

“Had an event at Grand Park, found this place which was cheaper than a hotel. It was great, gave our daughter her own space, let prepare our meals and relax. It's literally a 5 minute drive from downtown, you could probably walk if you wanted.”

“We booked this house as we were in town to see our son. The house was super close to everything we wanted to do. I will say, try the Derailed restaurant/bar at the Nickel Plate Hotel..fabulous drinks, appetizers and breakfast! There is a super cute tea shoppe/boutique called "Teas & Twigs" located on the corner of Lantern rd..super cute stuff and easy walk from the house.”

“This was a great stay that checked all our boxes. Great 2bdr with a yard for pups. Fantastic trails out the front door to parks and old town Noblesville with historic neighborhoods in walking distance. The rental was clean and well stocked with everything you need.
