“I booked this apartment for a weekend trip with friends and have nothing but great things to say about our stay! The apartment is clean and nicely furnished and easily fit our group of five without feeling cramped. The location is incredible-- you are right in the middle of the downtown area and pretty much everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The two included parking spots are incredibly convenient and the roof deck is awesome. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the……

“Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future”

“Place was comfy, spacious and quiet. There are 2 living area for you to kickback, enjoy and watch some TV. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. There's plenty of parking space on the property and off street parking. Only couple minutes from downtown Providence, which made it supper easy for us to go visit. Only downside was the place didn't have any towels or towel hangers for when you're done taking a shower. Luckily for us, we always travel with our own towels. Since, it's a new listing, maybe……

“What they did with this space is amazing. Snazzy fixtures, well thought out touches of color and modern amenities made the small area very liveable. The location is great for exploring Rhode Island, especially the beautifully scenic eastern shores of the bay, but it's also minutes from Downcity Providence...yes, it's Downcity, not Downtown. There was a festival happening just down the road at the Portuguese Church. We wound up going twice for the food. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and……
