“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.”

“The room was clean and pristinely decorated. So Cute! Big shower! In-room AC. We were on the third floor. If you can't manage stairs, then request a room on the ground floorthe rooms are attached to a restaurant, so food is readily available.We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was very nice. We were sent a code before arrival that gave us access to our room. The location is on the edge of Middletown which made Newport and the seaside just a walk away.Bellevue Ave is a short bike ride or walk away to view the historical mansions. ”

“I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! From booking to check out, etc., everything went very smoothly. I will stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you, I feel……
