“Our stay was super comfortable. The apartment is ideally located and has quality furnishings. So often these rentals skimp but this one certainly did not! Host was very responsive and helpful.Only caution would be for light sleepers - the train passes nearby and blows its whistle/horn throughout the night. Didn’t bother us, but be warned. We loved our stay here and will be back!”

“The apartment/condo is cool. Liked the vibe. A couple of things to keep in mind if you stay here: 1) like other reviews, it is right on a street that is probably very loud on the weekend. We stayed on a Sunday night, so it was pretty mellow, but I can only assume that it is crowded with university students at the bars on Friday/Saturday. It is also right on the train tracks. I personally love trains coming by, but some people do not. 2) Be prepared for stairs. Doesn't bother me too much, but was……

“We stayed here with another family and their daughter. There was plenty of room and bathrooms and also a great location! We were there for a TN football game and visit with friends! We will come again! ”

“From the moment we walked through the door, we were comfortable and knew we could expect an enjoyable weekend visiting our UT student. The property was spacious and extremely clean and had an abundance of blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and more. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the warm 60 degree temperatures with long walks at the nearby UT Botanic Gardens and enjoyed sitting outside on the property courtyard. We look forward to our next stay and would happily……

“This Yacht Club Condo never disappoints! The location is great! We have a boat slip at Stardust and this condo is a few steps from it. They literally have everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Our family loves to use the Hot tub in the evenings after dinner and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Not to mention they have a really nice salt water pool and a prickle ball court. :) If you’re there on the weekends, you will be able to enjoy live entertainment from Stardust Marina right……

“Very Clean. Well equipped for cooking and storing leftovers. I loved the rooftop patio - I only wish I had so many friends in Knoxville! Location was perfect - close the Market Square, close to the River Walk, close to UTK campus. It was quite expensive - but it was a game weekend. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. “Lakeside Haven is perfectly named!! Our long weekend was just that - a relaxing experience in a haven of coziness and comfort! The owners have equipped this condo with everything you could possibly need to have a fantastic time at the lake. We prepared a few meals and found the kitchen to be well-stocked, clean and easy to navigate. The furniture was comfortable, and it was so nice to have even a few soft throw blankets to curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie. The bedding is……

“It is really nice. Just a couple things for improvement. Need a book of instructions, especially how to use the tvs, lights,etc. would be nice to include restaurants nearby and local attractions. Contact information also. Some also have a book that visitors can write in that helps others. You can also track why/who is staying in your VRBO. We had an issue with smoke detector and the contact lives too far away to fix it. Had to send someone else. Seems like it would need to have……

“Great stay at Norris lake. Clean, good supplies, nice accomodations. Lovely view of lake. Wish we could have boated but off season. Crazy last 20 min of windy roads. Try to arrive in daylight if you haven't been there before but off season. ”

“Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again.”

“This is a cute studio condo perfect for one person. It's in a great location and has basically everything you need. The host is amazing and quick to respond about anything you need. There were a couple things to fix, but he is on it. The futon is not comfortable, but may be okay for a very small child. The regular bed IS comfortable. The parking is covered, which is super nice. It keeps your car dry and cool. ”

“The condo was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable! I would stay here again and highly recommend it! Keep in mind it is downtown as advertised which means there is a lot of activity in the area at night. ”
