“We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, and had plenty of cook ware stocked in the cabinets. It wasn’t as private as the listing suggested, but private enough that it wasn’t an issue. ”

“Wonderful property, location, and host! Had a fantastic stay for a tennis tournament in Knoxville. Will be back!”

“My husband and I stayed here for our 2 year anniversary trip. The cabin was great! The electric fireplace added a nice atmosphere and we got to watch a sunrise over the mountains. The hot tub was a great source of winding down at the end of the day. The only thing (not bad just unexpected) was the cabin was in the middle of 2 other homes at a fairly close proximity. It was quiet and no one bothered us, but not as secluded as we thought. They’re also building more homes in the neighborhood.……

“We had an unbelievable time on our trip. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and well kept. The hot tub was awesome and the amenities were great. We played pool and air hockey and they also had games to play. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was reasonable and they had plenty of dumpsters for trash. We would totally book Beary Cozy again! ”

“We had 19 of us staying for a long holiday weekend and the space suited our needs really well. The pool was a bit of a disappointment as we couldn’t raise the temp a bit higher so it wasn’t the feature we were hoping for in our wintertime visit. Also there was some sort of fan in the pool house that was so loud with no way of shutting it off so it wasn’t fun to be in the pool house. House gets a 5 star, pool a 3, so 4 star stay overall as the pool was a main draw for our group. ”

“The Private Country Cabin & Backyard is a delightfully spacious cabin. The four bedroom cabin was very clean and well kept the host was kind helpful and responded quickly to messages. Our family enjoyed playing in the game room, relaxing in the hot tub and by the fireplace. The view from the porch and backyard was beautiful. I wish we would’ve had the time to build a fire in the backyard fire pit to enjoy the nighttime skies and sounds. My only regret is not staying longer! Can’t wait to go back……

“Great place. Easy to find, clean and quiet! Bring your hangers. No dressers either. One load of soap is given for the dishwasher and wash machine. So if you plan to do more than that, you may want to bring some along. The home was gorgeous and very clean. Fireplace was really nice but it cooks the loft. Thats the case I believe in most homes though. We were so happy with the location and the stay. Thank you so much.”

“The cabin itself was amazing. Loved the modern feel and amenities. The kids enjoyed the video games, pool, and hot tub. We didn’t use the theater, but it’s a nice touch. We also played board games that were provided. The kitchen was very well equipped! The location isn’t bad, but it’s a little bit of a drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We knew the neighborhood was under construction, but didn’t realize how much construction was going on. Obviously that will improve. That may be our only……
