“Everything we went for was CLOSED. The pools, bar, restaurant and hot tubs. Woke in with ar least 1/2 inch water from the air conditioner on the floor! No new towels, trash was not empted. The 7.99 insurance turned out to be $26. Which was useless! Not to mention the creepy dark parking deck. No lights..humm wonder why.”

“Literally show ya a nice room and give you something completely different. Not clean . No air . Dirty linen . Water logged furniture . Rude and disrespectful staff .
