“Our party stayed in a penthouse family size unit, however our party was not comfortable with the sleeping accommodations. One of the rooms should’ve had 2 fulls or 2 doubles as what was reflected in the pictures when we booked it, however we were given 2 twin beds. There was 5 adults and 5 children ranging in age of (5-12 years old). Sleeping was very tight and uncomfortable that involved mixing adults and the kids on the beds depending on similar body sizes. It didn’t help that there was no……

“We had a lovely stay in Pat's studio apartment. It was a great location and I'm sure we'll stay again. The studio is great for a short stay, but we'll plan to stay in his one-bedroom apartment the next time. We had some excitement when a sudden storm blew in while at the beach but made it back safely in his golf cart. ”

“Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel. ”

“The place and staff were amazing, very kind, happy, respectful, polite, and made us feel welcomed. It was very budget, family, and pet friendly. The only issue we had was when we first got to our room our floor was very damp. I adjusted the AC unit to the cool and dry setting and by morning it was fine. But while it was damp it did leave some dirt/residue on socks and feet. I am not sure if it was bc of the dampness. But, it wasn't a major issue for us personally. We just wiped the floor……

“Great little apartment. Property is close to beaches, restaurants and attractions further north in Murrell’s and Myrtle Beach as well as Charleston a bit further to the south. Good idea to rent bikes if you stay at this location. Would stay again with my husband for a quick getaway. ”

“Everything was nice. I asked if we could check in early he replied “he can’t promise it, but he’ll try his best” and sure enough our apartment was ready @3pm. The walk to the beach was short and nice. Overall I highly recommend. ”
