“The hotel has a good and pleasant overall atmosphere. The spa area is clean, and the massages are excellent. Breakfast is decent, though specialty coffees come at an additional charge. Housekeeping could be improved. The water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the steam sauna was completely out of service, and the regular sauna heater was operating at half capacity.
