“Nice neighborhood. Location was centralized enough to drive to lake accesses, parks, food etc. Our main goal was a few days away for us mom’s to relax, so the hot tub was the big ticket item, wished it was a bit more secluded but it was warm and had easy access from the deck. We were there in the “off” season. I did take my dog and he was quite comfortable there.”

“My husband and I along with our two daughters and pups really enjoyed our stay! The house was well maintained and very clean. It has the best lake views out the large living room windows. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and making s’mores around the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms have great showers. “The hotel is on Mentor Avenue, which is very busy. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. While hotel coffee is seldom great, this coffee was sub-standard. I took a 5-minute walk to get a decent cup in the morning. The hotel breakfast isn't great -- the pastries tasted stale. At the in-house restaurant, I ordered a salad. When served, it was missing most of the ingredents but they did not offer me a reduced prices. So, the hotel is decent, but the coffee and food are sub-par.……
