“This was a perfect place to stay for my son and I. It was walking distance to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach with all of the fun restaurants and activities. Mission Beach was so close to our front door we could walk bear foot to the beach daily. We were excited to find boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use! The bed was super comfortable and we listened to the ocean at night with the windows open. I highly recommend. ”

“We spent 5 nights here with our San Diego kids and grandkids for a family getaway prior to school starting. There were 9 of us in total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home, very open, bright and nicely furnished and decorated. There were plenty of kitchen amenities, beach towels and bath towels. Kids really enjoyed all the bikes, boogie boards, and location practically on the beach. Erin was quick to answer any questions, and everything was a breeze.”

“Cute cute cute! Tiny beach house walking distance to Mission and Pacific Beach as well as the Mission Bay and El Carmel marinas. I wouldn’t call it a one bedroom but the space can be sectioned off into two spaces if desired. Coastal decor of blues and yellows. The unit has everything you would need from dishes and linens to shampoo and cleaning products. Parking is a challenge however once that is completed you can walk everywhere. Rental company two doors down has bikes and boards. Restaurants……

“We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The only issue we ran into was that the guest room windows didn’t open and there was no screen on the sliding glass door, which made it a bit warm at night. That said, the overall experience was wonderful and we’d definitely consider staying here again.”

“We stayed at this beach house in 2021 and returned 4 years later this summer. It is perfect in that the beach is right out the front door. If you don't want to sit in the sand and sun all day long, take a break and go up on one of the decks on the second or third level and watch all the action on the ocean front walk, relax in the Jacuzzi or stretch out on a nice padded chaise lounge. It's an easy walk to Belmont Park, or you're just one block from Mission Blvd. where there are plenty of local……
