The kitchen is very equipped and the bed very comfortable Tbe location is fantastic- loads of great places to eat literally on the door step.. The garage is a great size and fitted our rental suv easily. Everything for the beach is there in the garage. Highly recommend for a stay in san diego- we hope to return again soon! “We are a family of four (10 yr old and 13 yr old kids) and this condo was great for us. It’s 2 blocks from Pacific Beach and right next to the Bay. There are plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area within walking distance. The Mission Beach area is awesome, super chill, and this condo fits it perfectly. The owners communicated really well, it was all smooth and easy. They had chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and sand toys for their guests. Those things put it over the top. We……

“We have stayed at this property several times before and we love it that is why we keep coming back. The beach house is perfect. There is plenty of cooking supplies. They keep the beach house maintained so you have great A/C, microwave, dishwasher and all bathrooms are in great working order. Great water pressure and the beds are comfortable. “The property was wonderful, it had plenty of room for the whole family. It would have helped to know where the rooms were and that there were 3 floors. Some written instructions regarding what was expected for cleanup would have been very helpful. Also, when trying to contact the owners or property managers, no one responded. When we did get hold of someone, a local person was to come by the house, which never happened. There was no attempt to contact us at all.That being said, we would stay……

“What a perfect location and home. We had a great stay. My only comments for concern: 1. Be aware there are four flughts of stairs with kitchen and family space on 3rd and 4th floors. If stairs are difficult, this isnt thw house for you.2. Get nothing bigger than a midsize car. Parking spots are small.Otherwise, this place is just off the beach. It is clean, updated, comfortable, and fully stocked. Communication with the owner is exceptional. Check in was supper easy. I would highly recommend……
