“I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this adorable cottage. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully adorned and has everything that you could need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is absolutely ideal; just steps from the beach in one direction and the bay in the other. The host was easy and accessible to communicate with and very responsive and helpful. I look forward to returning, I had a perfect visit. ”

“The property was as depicted in photos and descriptions. Was clean and everything worked fine. Great location, steps from the beach but not too much loud foot traffic passing by the patio. Only a few blocks walk to the the PB stuff, but far enough where you don’t hear the bar crowds. Garage is convenient, but is small and tough to get into, so you better have a small car. Street parking in the area is available, but not always easy to find. Nice spot and would definitely consider staying there……

I'm from New England so I really can appreciate the antique rustic beach charm paired with modern necessities. It was lovely. Property manager was very present and communicable. “The cottage is cozy, recently and tastefully remodeled and is in very good condition. The location is also convenient for all things Mission Beach offers, and it was relatively quiet for being so close to Mission Boulevard. We were there for Thanksgiving week, and our hosts were very responsive. They also provided a lot of toys for us to use. Our only problem was that the convection oven didn't work and we had to figure out how to cook our turkey on the barbecue. Fortunately it came out OK and……

“This is a great location for a getaway. A few minute walk to the beach sand. Great restaurants close to walk too. The more populated parts of the beach a 15 minute walk away if that's your preference. The place the size of a nice horel. Perfect for couples. This place an exceptional place to stay”

“We only stayed a couple of nights. Pros & cons here. You can’t beat the location. Parking is a serious challenge with a large vehicle but that’s to be expected anywhere in Mission. Our vehicle got broken into 1 night. Definitely lock everything up. Great location to beach & bay & comes with bare bone essentials. You have to bring all of your own condiments - even salt & pepper. Great location to good food. Wouldn’t stay more than 3 nights. Reasonable price for 3 bedrooms in this neighborhood……
