Thank you for checking us out! We are Myrtle Beach Vacation Stations and we would love to be able to host you and your group on your next vacation to the North Myrtle Beach area!


Enjoy this gorgeous, recently renovated, two bedroom villa located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach that is a quick walk to the beach. This villa is a first floor unit. Once through the private screened in porch and in the unit, you will find a recently refurbished luxury villa featuring a full kitchen, elegantly appointed bathroom with marble-topped furnishings, and a comfortable fully furnished living room. This villa also comes with complete yard access.


Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone.



Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed.

- Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with a Twin on top and a Full/Double on the bottom.

- Living Room: Full/Double sleeper sofa.

Please note the following prior to making your reservation:

- Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Linen Package includes two towels and washcloths per bed occupancy, sheets, and a dish towel per package. The package prices are $50 for a King/Queen/Double, and $25 for a twin.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below.

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement including a government issued photo identification and credit card are required to be electronically submitted to the property management company prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received.

- Toiletries are not included.

- The listing rental rate includes parking for one (1) vehicle.

Rental Age Policy:

- Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of 25 (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of $50 per person for cleaning and linens*. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of 21, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required.

Pet Policies:

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a non-refundable $75 fee plus 12% tax per pet*.

- Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring more than two (2) pets.

- Pets must be crated, or otherwise secured, when left unattended at the property.

- Pets must be cleaned up after, and the renter assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by pets.

Vacation Insurance:

- The Optional Vacation/Travel Insurance is Strongly Encouraged.

- Coverage is available to all guests once rental deposit is paid.

- Coverage is only in effect once premium has been paid.

- If purchased the same day as reserved, guests can cancel at anytime and may be eligible for a full refund.

The properties looked nothing like in the pictures you have posted on the site. Furniture was old, dirty and broken. The windows were cracked and when the wind blew they would come crashing in scaring the dickens out of me in the middle of the night! There were holes in the floors and the walls. The one in the bathroom was about one foot by two foot, they must have had a plumbing issue previously and had never bothered to a replace the wallboard. The dryer didn’t work when we arrived and the refrigerator stopped working as well. The property manager did fix these but not right away. There was nothing in the kitchen in the line of pots and pans, serving bowls, utensils etc. I had to go out and buy the things we needed. And last but not least were the bugs! Oh my goodness! I do not ever recommend staying at this place. When we asked for our money back we were told no but they could extend our stay? Really? I have to say that I am equally disappointed with VRBO as when I called them for help I was told they couldn’t help either. This was not the first time I have used them to book accommodations but will probably be the last. This was a rental nightmare!!!! Please beware!!!

This property was absolutely disgusting. Mold on plates and ice cube trays, bedbugs reeked of smoke when it was supposed to be non-smoking, doors hanging off hinges. We ended up leaving without even staying. I contacted the property hosts about everything and they refuse to give me my money back. All they offered was a different property Further away from where everything I wanted to do was. And they only offered it after I had already booked somewhere else to be because they would not respond to me. I will definitely put this place on blast with how filthy it was. Not to mention they falsely advertised the wrong unit. I booked solely on the fact that I was going to be staying in the number 3 unit, but was placed in the number 4 unit. The pictures were completely different. Everything was completely different the bedding, the couch, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathroom, I will never booked with this company ever again. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

Property was ok. It was clean, but noticed a smell that was not “clean”. I used my wipes to clean. Parking was tight with a F150. Short walk to the beach. Was only there 2 days.

While the location is great, and the management company responsiveness to issues is quick, the number and lingering severity of the cockroach problem makes this property a "never again" rental. We had to put the clean dishes in the dishwasher and oven and the silverware in the refrigerator to keep the bugs off them (even the cleaning lady thought that was good idea). Other repairs (doors hanging off hinges were repaired, worn-out mattress was replaced) were effective and quick, but the roaches didn't give up, even in daylight they were scurrying across the counters and sink, and were in every cabinet in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry area. A maintenance man and Terminix both sprayed the unit, but did not spray other units the same day, so it's likely the bugs just moved to the next unit. Stay away. Stay very far away.

The rental is overrun with roaches. Tgin walls.. Neighbors very loud until 4am. Beds didn't have a mattress. Will look for better accommodations.

This was my first time booking any other than a hotel and I was kinda of skeptical at first but so glad I did ! It was a great place and awesome if you have pups so if you do leave them there’s no chance of you getting noise complaints or anything! The house was a bit smaller than the pictures show but the pictures of the place itself were so accurate:) Loved my weekend there and it’s literally only a 3 min walk to the beach! As well as no need to fight and dread time for parking ! Overall great home and place to stay at!

Do not recommend. Parking issues caused neighbors to argue. Bare bones on comfort. Internet connection was an issue at first. Beds creaked flat pillows and have to pay extra for linens. Had to buy essentials for cleaning even toilet paper. The highlight was being a short walk to the beach. This place is a step above camping out since you have to provide everything but the creaky beds. We had thought it to be something better but we already paid do we made it okay.

All of the information for check in was e-mailed to me to print out even the parking permit. The apt was very clean. I received e-mailed daily to see if we needed anything. I had trouble trying to figure out the T V remote. my email was answer within seconds. It was nice time and I will definitely be renting from them again. Great customer service!

The property and location were okay. I didn’t not receive check in info and had to call to get in when we arrived. After 10 hour drive this was crazy, took 4 calls to actually get someone, could not even leave a message the mailbox was full. None of the information posted in the property is correct. They asked that we cleaned before leaving but nothing (only a child’s broom) was available to make that happen. Tried to rinse dishes for supper and the dishwasher overflowed. Decent property but definitely made for volume not comfort

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to stay in a condo instead of the hotel. This condo building was near the beach and not far away from the main roads. We were in unit 3 on the first floor, and noticed that the trash bins on both sides of the building were already full when we arrived. There were stains on the bed cover and pillow sham of the queen size bed. Also one of the cabinet doors near the stove/oven was off the hinge. We ordered full linen package and some of bedsheets and towels were worn out. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cups, plates and utensils. The appliances worked well. Note that there was no hair dryer in the unit. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend.

This place was equipped with lots of pots and pans as well as cooking utensils. It would be great for 2-4 adults or a couple with 2-3 children. If using the linen service, you might need to bring extra hand towels and kitchen towels. Other than the linens we were pleased with the rental.

At first I was told that I would be in a ground floor unit then was asked to move upstairs so they could renovate that unit. I obliged then found out that the only thing that was changed in that unit was the toilet. Far from luxury...I found a child's flip flop under one of the beds...had to ask for a dust pan and a kitchen sink plug...had to ask how to work the TV {the handyman had to reprogram the TV}....was not told that there was no phone...bought the linen package...while the towels were plentiful the sheets didn't fit one of the beds,,,one blanket was far too small...dryer top was quite rusted.... the appliances...the rack in the freezer was rusted and the fridge needed to be shut forcefully t and the elements on the stove were all rocky...the plate inside the micro wave didn't belong to that microwave On the bright side the dishes were nice as were the pots and pans WIFI was fine...

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here just after Christmas 2017! Lisa the Host went out of her way to make our customer experience incredible. I really liked how clean and comfortable it was with great amenities. Lisa also left us a gift basket. Beds were clean and comfortable. New appliances as well. My overall impression so far is the way Lisa has answered my phone calls so promptly and gas been so patient on working with me to be abke to keep my time after hurricane Irma stopped my partner and I from getting down there. Lisa has been easy to talk to and very understanding and we are so very much looking forward to heading down to what Im sure will be a fantastic experience!

It was ok. Not luxurious! My husband booked the villa. I went in and looked at details.thank goodness because I knew to take sheets ,towels. The initial write up makes it look like they are provided. The area was nice and quiet. And just a short walk to the beach. A good deep cleaning could be used.

I had booked this property prior to the roach complaints . I emailed Lisa with my concerns and the no refund policy and was told that the review was false and from someone who had not stayed there . I was assured regular pest control was done . Well people that was a lie . We saw dozens of them . Totally unacceptable and disgusting to see them on kitchen counters , bathroom walls and literally crawling across the floors . The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and the bottom of the dish washer was caked with who knows what . We ate off disposable plates and silverware and washed what little we used before we used it . The furniture was dirty and the washer and dryer was incredibly loud and on its last leg .I literally slept with the lights on . It was that creepy . The only nice thing I can say is the location is good . So how this place rates a 4.2 is unbelievable to me . I just wish I could have read some honest reviews before I committed , and spent what I did on a rental that was a nightmare .

This property was falsely advertised. Not only was it not beach front it was nasty . From the torn screen front door, mold covered portch furniture, we windows that were so caked with film you couldn't see it hrough them. The ceilings had black mold in the living area , and bathroom, the furniture was miss matched and abused. The sofa and chairs were so dirty we didn't dare touch them. Live bugs were crawling on the floor. Area rugs were nasty.. there was standing water in the vanity drawers that n the bathroom. I wouldn't have used the washer and dryer on a bet. They again were both nasty. When I called the owner to tell her we couldn't stay there she said there was no other rooms. She said she would put us in another place the next day. We were forced to go elsewhere. We are now trying to settle this matter in which we are refunded. It has been a horrible experience. Never rent from this property or any property from this owner. We found the other place she was offering and it was equally discusting . Not fit for animals.

This was very sub standard. Title says "Luxurious First Floor Villa". First floor is correct. The unit need some TLC. One of the Bed rooms there was no T.V. and that isn't even the problem. The issue is the holes in the wall where the T.V was supposed to be. The shower curtain rod was very loose. The couch was stained. Blankets they provided left a lot to be desired. The fees for the dogs and what they charge just seems to me they would have a better cleaning service. Then we find bugs in the villa. Roaches ugg try explaining that to the people that spent their money on this Villa at the price that was paid. The pictures they show of the really commend the photographer the did really well on capturing angles to make this look very clean and well kept. Just very disappointed in what we got. At a hundred dollars a night I wouldn't have complained except for the roaches. They did want to come in and spray for the bugs. But wasn't concerned about the condition of the VILLA.
