“Key collection was very straight forward, house and room very clean and comfortable. Cake on arrival a nice touch. Prosecco and chocolates for valentines and extra special thought! Unfortunately breakfast times very short and early for the weekends so didn’t have breakfast on the Saturday (parkrun timings didn’t allow and didn’t work out how to arrange early breakfast until it was too late). Shower in the cupboard was quite strange but once we had worked out how to get in and out it was……

“Friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble they were very accommodating, lovely well kept hotel with plenty of character. We had the beef tenderloin in the restaurant and it was sublime, lots of nice lounging areas and a beautiful little courtyard area as well. We enjoyed the complimentary private use of the spa and opted to have back massages which was so relaxing. Overall experience was 10/10 ”

“This was one of the most unique places I have ever stayed. A beautiful, well equipped room with a great view of the marshes. We stayed on a Sunday and booked a hamper for tea. It was so delicious! I highly recommend Cley Windmill as a great place to stay in a lovely place\ ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! The bed is also tucked under the eves on one side so again be aware when getting up in the night as it is very close to your……

“Second visit. Disappointed to find that only a light breakfast is now included. Our room was small with no drawers for our clothes. Our evening meal was expensive without the quality. People were very friendly and welcoming.”

“I have stayed in many places and I can safely say this was one of my top three! Cozy clean super comfortable the surrounding ( the village) quaint and gorgeous friendly bar downstairs gave first drink on the house for guests the breakfast was delicious and homemade wonderful service bed unbelievably comfortable I could move in ! Honestly I wish I could give it 100 stars and more ! We will go back for sure … Christmas lights( sweet and tasteful) were a bonus as were the homemade eco friendly……
