“The host was a lovely person who greeted us and showed us to our room right when we got there! My boyfriend and I were celebrating our birthdays and this hotel ended up being the right choice for us :). I definitely would recommend staying here, it was peaceful and exactly the victorian vibes I was looking for. Also the beds were so comfortable very cozy vibes overall!”

“I have stayed at this hotel twice now, for work trips. Both times I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. On my second trip, I had to leave before 6am to get to the Bay Area for a meeting, and the lovely ladies that were working that morning were kind enough to let me grab a quick bite to go from the buffet that was all set up, but not technically open until 6am. And they asked if I were happy with all aspects of my stay as well! Great job! Keep it up!!”

“Nice staff and good location, a few homeless appear may be a block away from the south and east of the hotel. They don't look bothering but better no walk alone at night.”

“I loved staying here! It was clean, safe, awesome employees. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels without request. The attached restaurant was excellent with vegan options and baked goods. The carrot cake was amazing! I would stay here again without a doubt! ”

“The staff and even others staying there were all friendly and helpful. I liked the in-room coffee service, but wish there was also some available in the lobby area. Didn't expect only a microwaved breakfast in the dining room, but it was OK. When I had leftovers to reheat for a snack, there was no microwave in the room, so had to take my container down to the snack sales room down by the main desk. ”
