Absolutely LOVED this property: great location, the boat parade is real (!), the pool was wonderful; the home was very clean, very well cared for, and fully appointed with everything we needed; the owners were responsive; and we totally relaxed! “This is my 3rd stay at this property, but it will likely be my last. The place is rather run down. I couldn't find check out instructions to save my life and messaged the property, but never heard back (new mgmt). We took out the trash and stripped the beds..hope that was enough. I've always loved the pool, but it wasn't working at full capacity. Most of the blinds in the place didn't work and the shower pressure was abysmal. The WD is great and free. “My family evacuated from hurricane Milton here and it honestly was a great place to be not only for the safety reasons but also because of how nice the place was. “We attended a family event in Wellington, FL, and found this to be a perfect place for us--a pretty little studio with its own entrance at the back of a residential home in a quiet neighborhood. We walked under the mango tree and used the code to unlock the door to a room with a comfortable bed, a quiet working air conditioner, and a bathroom stocked with nice, white towels. Much better and less expensive than a hotel room. ”

“Place was great! Modern kitchenette, large studio. Only gripes I had was an older building but very cool historically and no parking garage. The valet parked your car a few blocks away on the street. Also street front parking and during the day you would have to move your car (hourly parking). I pushed the limits and moved it every couple of house if we were in but still a bit of a hassle otherwise had a great time”

“Nice little complex, less than a mile from the local beach! Sweet little local bakery and a Walgreens across the street. Our 1-bedroom unit was fully furnished with everything we needed (except dish soap to be able to wash the dishes-but a walk across the street to Walgreens fixed that). We walked down to dinner one night to the Old Keylime House restaurant-highly recommend! Great local spot, on the inland waterway, great food, great atmosphere with live music. ”
