“Easy check in/out. Clean. Informative and helpful front desk👍👍 My only 2 criticisms would be that the bathroom sink water would not get hot and the shower water temps were great but water pressure was weak.”

“It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again”

The view of the woods was stunning and though we weren't able to use the pool this time around we will be coming to stay again and take advantage. Just beautiful ❤️”

“As we walked through the charming courtyard we were greeted by friendly staff and felt immediately welcomed. We both admired the gorgeous flowers and the café style tables. As we wound our way to the check-in desk we were both struck by the elegance and charm of the house. The woman at the front desk was very helpful explaining how to find the parking lot and check in was quick. Our room was beautiful and spacious. It was sparkling clean, comfortable and cool. We made a wise choice of dining……

“The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.”

“I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”
