“Hotel itself is nice. There is construction going on all around it that takes away from the immediate beauty of the surroundings. Pool is great, views are amazing of the Amazon River and beach. The neighborhood is the ritziest in Manaus and very safe to walk or jog in day or night. WiFi for the first time (I have stayed here a dozen times) was slow to non-operational. Key card would not work and had to be reprogrammed 3 days out of the 5 I stayed there. I would definitely return!”

“The food at the hotel's restaurant is very poor and the elevator is not enough for whom is living in upstairs. It is not that good compared with the price. The cleaning staff is doing very bad service.”

“A special hotel with elegant and interesting details. Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. The hotel is an oasis and a hidden gem. Minors: wifi a little bit slow.”

“The included breakfast has enough options. Staff is very helpful. They are renovating the hotel but we did not notice any noise whatsoever. Being a 4+ star hotel the room is spacey but the looks are not that of a 4*. OveralSome restaurants and places to visit are walkable but everyone Uber I talked to said you better take a cab due to safety especially at night. really satisfied would book again, I got a really good price via Expedia. ”

“The food is good, room is clean, big. Staffs are nice and helpful. wifi connection depends on your luck, some rooms are better, others are not. Shower not so good, little water come out. Not very close from downtown. Must walk to the nearby place, there is a place with graffiti, you could see people playing football from the bus stop nearby. There , you could get an excellent view when sun set!!!”

“I delayed the arrival time for one day because of boat problem. When arrived Go Inn, I was totally exhausted and needed taking shower due to no chance for 7 days when on boat..... But at the same time, I was worried about the original reserved record would not be accepted. People at check-in desk did really help me a lot to deal with my problem. And let me go inside the room to take rest without paying one more night! It's really thanks for.”
