But at the same time, I was worried about the original reserved record would not be accepted. People at check-in desk did really help me a lot to deal with my problem. Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. “The food is good, room is clean, big. Staffs are nice and helpful. wifi connection depends on your luck, some rooms are better, others are not. Shower not so good, little water come out. Not very close from downtown. Must walk to the nearby place, there is a place with graffiti, you could see people playing football from the bus stop nearby. There , you could get an excellent view when sun set!!!”

“The food at the hotel's restaurant is very poor and the elevator is not enough for whom is living in upstairs. It is not that good compared with the price. The cleaning staff is doing very bad service.”

“Hotel itself is nice. There is construction going on all around it that takes away from the immediate beauty of the surroundings. Pool is great, views are amazing of the Amazon River and beach. The neighborhood is the ritziest in Manaus and very safe to walk or jog in day or night. WiFi for the first time (I have stayed here a dozen times) was slow to non-operational. Key card would not work and had to be reprogrammed 3 days out of the 5 I stayed there. I would definitely return!”

“We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights before going for a 3D2N Amazon jungle trip. The stay was pleasant as the room was spacious and comfortable with sight of the Theatre House which was in close vicinity. The staff was helpful and nice to settle our queries and problem encountered. The breakfast was ample and tasty. With its central location, it was very convenient to stroll around for sight-seeing and dining. ”

“The lodge is located just 20 minutes boat ride from the Manaus airport, convenient yet not feel much staying in the jungle. The activites provided by the lodge are done within the area of 10 minutes boat ride, so staying three days will be enough to try all activities. ”
