“It was an interesting property . The room was as pictured. It would have been nice to have somewhere to put our luggage in the room and a night table on either side of the bed. It was very clean and comfortable just very very small. Great location for public transportation ”

“If you just need a place to lay your head. Not too fancy at all. Very clean and nice bathroom. I only had one outlet that worked which was also in the bathroom but that was fine with me just needed to charge my phone and watch for the night . There is no fridge in the room so don’t buy food that needs to be cold. ”

“Nested in the heart of Potrero Hill, this place literally made us fall in love with San Francisco! The place itself is pretty roomy and quite charming, the Neighborhood is beautiful and very welcoming. There’s a bus stop on the corner which Will bring you Downtown in about 30mins for only 3/day! Again, we loved the place, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it was missing basics that could easily be added:- A can-opener (when renting a VRBO, you want to avoid going to the……

“I live in the neighborhood and booked for a friend who was visiting a couple days. She reported that the bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen had everything she needed including good coffee and the private patio space was an extra plus. The host was friendly and attentive. ”

“It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! ”

“The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away.”

“Terrible. It was cheap. It was dirty. Roaches. I got there late, checked in and left at dawn. They didn’t care that I didn’t like it and refused to refund me for my second night. Zero stars. Avoid. ”

“I was in the area for the Point Reyes Bird Festival. The unit is in an idyllic spot surrounded by hills and forest. It is a couple miles off the main road on a steep winding private road but worth the trip. I would recommend arriving during daylight.”

“This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! “As much as I hate leaving a negative review, I feel I have to. The listing makes the rooms look clean, but they’re disgusting and ours had a window leading to a ledge right outside the window that anyone could have come onto and broken in. No hot water, even after running it for five minutes. No Wi-Fi. Rude manager.”

“Exactly what I was looking for! I was visiting family over the holidays and needed a place to stay nearby. The Casita exceeded my expectations. Quiet, clean, easy check in, comfy bed, treats, toiletries and a great layout. Melodie is the most responsive host I’ve ever interacted with. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit. ”

“This property is so cute, and the proximity to the beach is wonderful! We found everything we needed to cook meals, and the space heater warmed the cottage very quickly. It is small, but the backyard space made it feel larger. We enjoyed our stay!”
