“We loved the location and the house. The fenced in yard was great for dogs. The owner was awesome. I loved everything and didn’t want to leave. The beach was a short drive and restaurants were close by and shops too!!!”

“Very clean cute cottage on the marsh! Just as described. Nice washer and dryer, lots of linens. The only issue we ahd was that we arrived right at 4pm as we were told but we had never received a keycode from the owner. we called her and texted her as well as VRBO. We had to wait in our car until 4:45 before owner answered, VRBO could not reach her either. She did apologize and refunded a nights cost, but we were tired after a long drive and had groceries in the car that needed to be……

“Our stay at "Cape View" was great. Our entire work group loved the property and being able to get a lot of fishing in! The property manager was always available and ready to answer our questions. Awesome experience and can't wait to come back!”

“What an amazing place to stay in Georgetown. The house is located on a quiet dead end street in a beautiful negihborhood. Pulling up to the house was one of the benefits as the setting was so peaceful. The house was very clean and functional. I would highly recommend staying her and would love to come back.”

The location was great for enjoying downtown. We enjoyed walking the surrounding neighborhood which is very pretty. And Ginger was a very nice and accommodating owner; she even allowed us to change our dates at the last moment due to a death in the family. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Property was just what i was wanting for my experience at the beachfront. ”

“This vacation home had everything we wanted. Enough room for 4 families, very clean, spacious and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. Views of the lake were amazing for taking some nice pictures. Kids had fun in the jacuzzi. Nearby beach was also very clean and convenient. The drive to Charleston was little over an hour but not too bad. Overall, we all had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat.”

“Overall stay was great— however some notes— ceiling light fell in kitchen, hole discovered in floor by doors leading to outside (rug covering up) .. overall description of house was correct however a better description on site regarding bedroom layout ( which bedrooms contained what) and better pics on website of layout would be helpful—and BTW you can’t “walk” to Pawleys plantation — description says 5 min walk”

“We loved the layout of the home. The 2 bedrooms with the Jack and Jill bathroom worked well for our son with the children. The upstairs was great for the rest of us. The circular stairs kept us on our toes, it was wonderful having the gate at the top. We loved all the toys/games available for the kids in the sunroom. This home is just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to everything when going out. Thank You for allowing us the use of your home for a wonderful vacation.”

“A beautiful, shore front property in the gracious Debordieu community. Traveling alone, you're assured of security and safety with the Debordieu security system. The house is perfect for one or a multitude with so many bedrooms and bathrooms and expansive porches and living space. The home's orientation to the beach and coast is ideal. There are miles of coastline to easily walk or enjoy relaxing time on the screened porch. ”

“What a cozy, warm & relaxed getaway we enjoyed at Dad’s Lega Sea with our mini Bernedoodle. Perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us & room to spare! Loved the knotty pine floors& walls with screen doors that allowed the ocean breezes throughout the living area.Can see why so many special memories have been made here.”
