“Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Condo was very comfortable, spacious,……

“This condo was the perfect stay for what I needed. Unit was the perfect size for 6 people. We felt that the property was clean and well equipt. There is no balcony but the views from the window are perfect! We would stay here again.”

“We came into Georgetown for a 4-night stay to visit a friend, play some golf, and have some beach time. The location of the villa was perfect for us. We also brought our 9-year old lab, and the neighborhood was very dog friendly with plenty of green areas. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. “Overall this is a great property - had everything we needed, a very well stocked kitchen and a beautiful view from the back porch! However, the listing is inaccurate / incomplete. The “fourth” bedroom is not a true bedroom - this room is a basement/garage apartment completely separate from the rest of the home, which was very disappointing to find out on arrival.
