“Great condo in a great location. Nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Had some difficulty finding condo. Numbers for parking space do not coordinate with location of condo unit. Spoke to another woman wandering around trying to find her condo. Not well labeled. A few extra words on directions once you’re in complex can remedy that.”

“Perfect location for us, just a 10 minute drive to my best friend‘s house in Scottsdale. In addition, a gorgeous condo filled with everything you could possibly need; so clean, and so comfortable! We did not use the pool, but how wonderful was it that it was there for us. We did take advantage of the exercise room, for which we were very grateful to have it.Highly recommend that if you’re going to Scottsdale, Arizona, this is a wonderful place to stay!”

“Condo was exactly as described, very clean and spacious. Location was nice, pool was nice, all amenities were really great. The master shower needed minor maintenance to turn shower on/off, but that was the only hiccup. Highly recommend! ”

“My friend and I were doing our first trip together and looking forward to some warm sun and pool time. We are both clean freaks, so we definitely appreciated that the condo was clean and well kept. It was close to where we needed to be. The property owner was communicative and once we got there, there was really nothing we needed. Would recommend.”

“Great spot conveniently located and Bill was a great host ensuring we had everything we needed. Pool was a big hit with the kids.Was also nice to have grocery and meal options right next door.”

“Property was clean, close to large heated pool, hot tub and community green space. Nicely stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, tp, toiletries, coffee, and some cooking spices. Property manager Peggy readily available, friendly and easy to contact for small key glitch. AJ's and other stores right around the corner. We will definitely rent again.”

“The property perfectly fit our expectations and needs. Great location and neighborhood. The unit matched the description and photos. Very comfortable! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We tried to rent it for the next year but it had already been secured. ”

“We would definitely stay here again. It was very quiet and comfortable. It was easy access to the 101 and close to Mayo hospital area. Just a suggestion of more towels and washcloths. It was very clean and I would give 5 stars for cleanliness with the only exception that the carpeting should be replaced if the stains are permanent. Otherwise, 5 stars to the owners and we hope to stay here again in the future. ”

“I was reading other reviews about the directions and the only problem I had was finding the room from the parking garage. They also didn’t let me know you had to use the key fob to go to the second floor. I recommend going into the leasing office and getting a map. They were great. When we checked in the valet suggested I do that first but I was just being stubborn. The apartment was beautiful only complaint was they had very hard beds. Overall would probably stay again if it was a little……

“Fantastic lovely property would definitely stay again and everybody was amazing. The check-in was seamless. The checkout was seamless. They are more than accommodating. I can honestly say that out of everywhere I’ve traveled and I travel a lot. This by far is probably my number one all around experience.”
