“Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us. The other beaches nearby were similar with no beach parking and we didn’t have beach passes. However, we did have a great time with many things to do nearby. Suggestion: ski lift…lol Thank you. .”

“We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was plenty of space for a family of 4 to spend a weekend. We particularly enjoyed the porch and large back yard as well as the proximity to beaches, wineries, and dining. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend! ”

“The home is very quaint and well appointed. There were many things that we could avail ourselves with. A kayak, a bike, beach chairs, greens in the garden, BBQ grill, a very nice pair of binoculars, a boogie board etc. Lots of interesting wall decorations of drawings and paintings. Close to the very nice towns of Montauk and Sag Harbor. The beach is nearby. For the ocean side we really enjoyed Hither Hills State Park.”
