“The location was superb - the house was pretty well stocked - would just recommend some decent kitchen knives and a blanket for each room as it got pretty chilly. Overall a great rental property - would definitely rent it again!”

“This is the 4th year we’ve rented this property. The four bedrooms have ample room for our daughters and sons in-law. The kids room has two big bunks with trundles that sleeps 8! It’s a fun room for the children. The beachfront backyard is the highlight! The comfy couch with shaded gazebo, outdoor dining area, grill, outdoor shower, fire pit with chairs in the sand. The view is beautiful! Low tide brings the sandbar our daily exploration for the family. Love this place!”

“This sweet cottage is in a charming community, walking distance to a beautiful LI Sound beach. You can walk for miles on this beach connecting with nature. The cottage is in an ideal location for your exploration of the North Fork, with easy access to the South Fork as well. Perfect place for a couple to call home for a month.
