“This home is as described and well equipped. We booked a last minute trip. Anthony met us at the house, showed us around and was available if we needed him (we did not which is always a plus). The location of the property was quiet but definitely need a car if you are planning on leaving the house as everything is 10+ minutes by car. We would recommend that you familiarize yourself with beach rules as a non-resident if plan on a trip. We plan on returning!!!”

“Everything about Jay's home was amazing. The backyard was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang and sleep. Even Jay was great too. He was so accommodating during our stay, he even helped us unpack our car when we arrived. We will definitely be back again! Would highly recommend. ”

“The place was quaint, on quiet street, close to the train and an easy 10 min walk to town. For a cottage it was quite large. Wonderful backyard for a dog and to hang. The one bathroom was a bit inconvenient for the folks staying upstairs but manageable for a four day stay. AJ was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would come back again.”
