There were many amenities that made our stay enjoyable from the large patio and pool, 3 full baths in the main house, one of which had an amazing shower system with body spray, and a designated work area for those that can’t leave work behind. Communication with the property manager was easy and Debbie was very helpful and……

“We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family, so easy to walk to town, close to the beach and easy to get to other towns. House was perfect as well, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors due to rain but loved the indoor space. Plenty of places to hang and enjoy/relax. Hoping to visit again soo!”

“We loved being together and the house and pool made it ideal for two weeks with an infant. We wished that there was better information/communication about lawn and pool service, pest treatment and trash pick-up. We were also bit disappointed that the outdoor table was not replace and we could not do any outdoor dinners.”

“The house was perfect for a large group. Plenty of place to spread out and enjoy the space. The house was very spacious and had plenty of entertainment- the owner had everything you can imagine that you may need for a stay. The house is clean and in great shape. Such a great neighborhood to walk in and the beach is so nice and close by. Highly recommend for a fun Hamptons get away. The owner is very accommodating and flexible. He was accessible for restaurant/ activity recommendations. ”

“Fantastic owners and property. Plenty of indoor and outdoor room in a beautiful Southampton home; gorgeous common areas and the outdoor pool and tennis court are in great condition. Easy bike ride to local beach or parking and chair/unbrella service at Coopers Beach. Host was helpful with everything we needed. Perfect family stay in heart of Southampton.”

“Since I only have limited space to share, you can see my concerns outlined below: Broken stove that needed to be replaced during our stay AC was pumping out hot air (80 degrees for the first 5 hours of our stay - service man came at 11pm that night The remote to the ceilings fans in the rooms did not have batteries, therefore, not usable Pool heater broken Pool filter broken (serviceman came and unable to fix) Pool light broken (serviceman said they entire pool would need to be emptied out to……
