“This home is quintessentially charming! I arrived late at night, alone. It has a charming curved drive in and there sat the wood home with a large front porch and Forrest behind it. It seemed like little house on a prairie with the porch and dormer windows. The motion lights went on immediately, which I was grateful for. There is a narrow stairwell up to 3 bedrooms, as is customary in older style homes. High ceilings and windows everywhere enhance this property. When I woke there was a family of……

“We were escaping NYC for the weekend and exploring real estate in the area. This house was absolutely beautiful and way bigger than we needed. Unfortunately it was rainy out and we really didn’t get to spend too much time in the house since we were driving around it looks like it has a beautiful property with a pool etc. so hopefully we can come back in the summer.”

“I stayed here for a week for our annual family trip. We normally like to stay in the Sag Harbor area and with our growing family, we needed a large enough house to fit everyone. This location was better than we thought located in between East Hampton and Sag Harbor it was easy to get to both. The property was beautiful, kids loved the pool and tennis court. House was well stocked with whatever you may need during your stay. Checkin and checkout was super easy no issues at all. Would highly……

“We had a great time at 3 Boatsteerers Court. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 plus Grandma. We spent a lot of time on the deck and at the firepit. Any requests were responded to immediately by Stay Marquis. It’s about a 15 min drive to the beach, get a non-residents beach pass for ease of parking and plan that in advance. Ideally located near town, we went into town at least twice a day. I’d recommend this house for a fun family vacation.”
