“this lovely cottage was very comfortable and accommodating to our group (4 adults) Clean,quiet,and equipped!! Backyard view was perfect to your serenity and 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach! Area is friendly, easy walking neighborhood, litter free, away from highways. The owner is very amicable and helpful with anything! We had other friends staying in other accommodations~ because we were all here for a wedding~ they all paid more and did not have all the benefits that we did! This place……

“The home is very quaint and well appointed. There were many things that we could avail ourselves with. A kayak, a bike, beach chairs, greens in the garden, BBQ grill, a very nice pair of binoculars, a boogie board etc. Lots of interesting wall decorations of drawings and paintings. Close to the very nice towns of Montauk and Sag Harbor. The beach is nearby. For the ocean side we really enjoyed Hither Hills State Park.”

“This cottage was charming and perfect for the three of us. The neighbors were wonderful too. Very updated and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is it’s a very small and narrow driveway. A compact car would work better than the small SUV I was driving. Other than that, it was close to perfection all the way around. Thank you again. ”

“The home is a little more tired than the pictures show BUT we enjoyed the comfortable cottage feel to the place. The grounds are beautiful and although it is on a busy road, sitting on the back deck we were not bothered by noise. We slept soundly (until the songs of birds woke us!) in comfy beds and we were cozy in this home. The location is an easy bike ride to town. “Can’t say enough good things about our stay at the east hamptons cottage. Quiet, quaint and perfectly located between all hamptons and amagansett necessities. Kate was extremely responsive and very kind. We had an issue with the shower draining the one morning, she had a plumber out that afternoon to take care of it. The outdoor shower is an absolute must try, I never want to shower any other way! The beach/bay is a quick 8 minute walk from the cottage. It’s a private beach and only residents in……
