“tucked on a narrower part of the magnetewan river, is this lovely cottage. spacious for a 6-person stay, the screened in porch is a bonus feature from those unwanted pesky mosquitos and summer rainfalls. a short distance to algonquin and arrowhead park, screaming heads outdoor exhibit and copperhead distillery in sunridge, this place is an ideal location to unpack the city life, have a campfire and enjoy northern living. ”

“This beautiful cottage is on a beautiful property with excellent privacy. It has all of the necessities and canoe,paddle board and kayak. It is a gem. The wraparound deck with the large hammock was a favourite of ours during our stay. The dock was reached with ease and was very large with lovely views of the lake. I experienced ease of communication with the rental process. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Paula”

“Our family had a fun time at this beautiful cottage. We made good use of the watercraft available and enjoyed soaking up the sun on the dock. Our grandsons especially loved the fooseball table and pinpong table. There were even girl toys that our granddaughter played with. We have a large family so it was a challenge trying to fit refrigerated items in the one kitchen frig. Availability of a bar frig would have been a help. Towels are provided which is great but explaining on the cottage website……

“Amazing stay, big Beautiful cottage with lots of rooms, huge backyard fenced in which was nice. The only thing that would have been a bit better was if there was a ladder on the dock going into the water for easier access in and out but other than that amazing property and beautiful view. Highly recommended!”

“The Cottages were beautiful. Clean, modern and all the recreational options were available: Boat, canoe, Excellent swimming opportunity. The owner responded almost immediately to requests for info or questions regarding the cottage functioning. The lake is sooo clean and the fishing was great. The residents were very friendly and helpful. We got stuck in the middle of the lake because the gas line got kinked and so many nice people stopped to help us. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend.……

“The view is magnificent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We only used the upstairs so can’t speak to the lower level. Bed was comfortable. Bring your own top sheet. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Sunroom and deck and floating deck were all really nice! There is a train that goes by but it didn’t bother us at night because we had 2 fans and a sound machine on. We would stay here again! Loved it. ”
