“A described 2 bedroom granny flat at bottom level of a house. The retreat is secluded and quiet. There are several stairs to street level and driveway is about half way. Great if you need to be in the local area.”

“Listen to your instincts. The description of this property is long and detailed about how “old” and not modern it is, and what a great deal it is to be in such a desirable area. The property is located on Military Road which is busy and not quiet. At the time of this writing, Feb 2024, the wall leading up to the property is graffitied. It is located across the street from a condemned and boarded up apartment building and a Petrol station. The property is cluttered with unnecessary furniture (one……

“Property was big and spacious. Lovely older home. Could only access local free to air TV stations through apps. No local stores sell groceries.”

“Really nice spot to stay, house was very nice , gas fire was a godsend on the cold Sydney mornings , had issues with a few appliances that probably need replacement and most of the remote batteries are flat but overall a nice stay”

“Did not match suitable for 8. Was 4 queen beds, 4 bathrooms but dining for 6, tv lounge for only 4 upstairs, lounge for 3 downstairs. Good whitegoods, but tiny cups, 3 glasses, basic cutlery, limited cookery items. Disappointing. Very busy road, clear way, and limited space to turn on property. Door handle jammed to one bathroom. Aircon excellent heating. Lots of light and windows in most rooms. Service and cleaning fee high. 1 chair and tiny table the only outdoor setting.Stayed 2 nights.”

"Good stay with nice value! Overall it's a very clean an nice hostel. Input the code from email at the door to get room card, no waiting time to check-in. However the room can be a bit stuffy after a day away with air-con switched off and window closed (Bugs concern...) . i noticed that another single room seems to have a machine for air purifying...not in my room. But the air is still acceptable. Convenient and a lot of toilets/bathrooms for use. "

I'll come back for the great service & environment

"It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city. We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never forget this moment. The large lounge is semi-circle, and we can see the harbour bridge and opera house. We are so relaxing and comfortable by sitting both inside and outside. We spend most of time there （dust and after fine dinner） at the first day of arrival. The view is stunning, and birds are flying just in front of you. The Zoo is well maintained, and we have 2-day pass which is connect with the resort hotel. We can go in and out by many times through a special entrance. I and my young adult daughter enjoy the day very much. There is something need to be aware if you have big bags or immobility. All the lifts are not working, form the Taronga wharf up to the main hotel entrance. I can see people carry the baby chairs struggle with the steps and deep slope. Taking ferry from circular quay is extremely convenient. 2 ferries per hour and it takes about 25mins ride. "
