“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”

“The checkin process has changed as there was no lockbox but instead an electronic keypad. This was confusing but the support person was helpful and we were inside within 15 minutes. The property was as described. The owners have a big problem with rising damp but they take steps to control it and that didn’t bother me. Bathroom newly renovated. Water hot but low pressure. All bedrooms and linen clean. Kitchen basic facilities good.

“The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense?
Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing.
The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. ”

“It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city.
We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost.

"Good stay with nice value! Overall it's a very clean an nice hostel. Input the code from email at the door to get room card, no waiting time to check-in.
However the room can be a bit stuffy after a day away with air-con switched off and window closed (Bugs concern...) . i noticed that another single room seems to have a machine for air purifying...not in my room. But the air is still acceptable. Convenient and a lot of toilets/bathrooms for use. "

I'll come back for the great service & environment
"It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city.
We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost.
There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never forget this moment.
The large lounge is semi-circle, and we can see the harbour bridge and opera house. We are so relaxing and comfortable by sitting both inside and outside. We spend most of time there （dust and after fine dinner） at the first day of arrival. The view is stunning, and birds are flying just in front of you.
The Zoo is well maintained, and we have 2-day pass which is connect with the resort hotel. We can go in and out by many times through a special entrance. I and my young adult daughter enjoy the day very much.
There is something need to be aware if you have big bags or immobility. All the lifts are not working, form the Taronga wharf up to the main hotel entrance. I can see people carry the baby chairs struggle with the steps and deep slope.
Taking ferry from circular quay is extremely convenient. 2 ferries per hour and it takes about 25mins ride.
