“Overall good experience. Bathtubs needs to be upgraded but otherwise great stay. The cost of parking is quite expensive on the street or the garage, but that is pretty consistent for most places in Chicago downtown area.”

“This is our second stay at this property. 3 families all had own room for private time but great kitchen living room when we all wanted to be together. Great building, kasa makes it super clear and easy to remotely check in and out. Great spot close to target/ movies and several restaurants. Will probably be back. Thanks!”

“This is a perfect location to walk around downtown, have dining options at walking distance. Everything was perfect for my family trip. The only issue is the noise its close to walgreens that gets deliveries at like 5am and the noise is so bad it wakes you up.”

“Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable.”

“Very close to Wrigley Field, easy to get to and easy in and out. Very comfortable. It's a very nice neighborhood. It would be a good place to stay for a group. With that being said, even though we had no issues you still share a bathroom with other guests. That and parking were the only downsides as far as we are concerned.”

“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is……
