“I needed a place to stay that was close to the convention center. This definitely met that need. Upon arrival the room was nice but appeared a little worn with scuffs on the walls and just not as pristine, additionally the unit smelled like it had been cooked in recently so there was a left over Asian smelling remnant. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the train noise very loud that is not disclosed. The unit I had was very spacious with a very loft vibe. It was nice but it just……

“Apartment was exceptionally clean and easy to find! There is one small flight of stairs to reach the elevator. No trouble entering building with provided code. Several dining options within walking distance which was a plus. I would absolutely stay here again when in the area!”

“Kasa has been exactly what my family needed during our time between apartments. My only suggestion is to consider soaps and shampoos that do not contain coconut as that’s a common thing folks are allergic to, including my partner. Luckily we were close enough to a store that they were able to obtain different options.”

“The stay was nice. Lots of restaurants around. Parking was not great and expensive, but that is not the owner's fault. My family did get stuck in the elevator the first night, which was scary, again not owner's fault. But overall was a good stay and we would stay agian. ”

“This is a perfect location to walk around downtown, have dining options at walking distance. Everything was perfect for my family trip. The only issue is the noise its close to walgreens that gets deliveries at like 5am and the noise is so bad it wakes you up.”

“Suite was immaculate with impressive assortment of amenities including bowl of snacks & bag of ice in the freezer, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher & laundry detergent for in-suite laundry, sound machine. Full size gas stove & fridge/freezer. They just need to figure out how to configure for a larger bed. “Visiting with my husband and son for our first trip to Chicago, we were absolutely blown away walking into this spacious, beautiful, oasis in the sky! The city views from the huge balcony were breathtaking. The location can't be beat with many wonderful restaurants, a grocery store, and the red line right outside the door. “We absolutely loved our stay. So much room for our family of 5. We loved waking up to stunning views of the Lake and city scape. The place was spotless when we arrived (kudos to the cleaning staff). Great location, walkable to so many things but also right on the red line. I don’t think we will be able to stay anywhere else during future trips to Chicago!”

“First of all, the location is perfect for easily getting around the majority of attractions we wanted to see. The unit is very clean. There is even a Jewel-Osco in the building, so grabbing supplies is quick and easy.The building (and apparently all high rises in Chicago) are regulated so either the heat is on or the cooling is on, the unit itself can't be switched.
