“What a great find! There was a group of four of us meeting up for a weekend in Woodinville. This house was only five minutes from the Hollywood district and it had everything we needed and more! It is a mother in law apartment with a large kitchen, dining and living area and two bedrooms with a full size bed in each. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us and the owner was super responsive to our questions via VRBO. I’ll definitely be staying here again!”

“Excellent place to stay, and amenities were well thought through down to the smallest details. Very cozy and close to the areas we wanted to visit. Only thing that kept it from a five star. Overall rating was the size of the bed. Full size is a little cramped for two people. Bed itself is very comfortable though. Would highly recommend this place.”

“We chose this place based on cost and location. We were not bringing a pet. However, I think that probably a lot of people who do choose this unit do so because of pets. I think that pet owners probably have lower standards for cleanliness. This was probably the dirtiest VRBO I've ever stayed at. I've probably stayed at a dozen or so, so not a huge sample size. Noticed pee on the toilet, bathroom garbages not empty, dingy and dirty bedding, and just a level of dustiness and dirtiness that wasn't……

“The house and property are great! Being near the river was so nice. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We were bummed not to be able to use the hot tub. The company was very prompt responding and getting it clean and refilled, however it was not ready for use by the time we left. The hard water was the trickiest part. We were not able to use the washer because the water stained the linens. The water came out yellow. There was a drinking water filter in the kitchen witch was……
