Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs and the beds were comfy. Loved having the washer/dryer in unit. That made our packing so much lighter. And the location was close to our family. ”

“The property and location are fabulous. We had everything we needed in the house and once we figured out where the grill was it went even better. It was cozy. My only complaint is the door out to the deck needs weather striping or a door draft stopper. The only reason I gave 4 star that I did, was I was asked to get in touch 48 hours for early check in, I did and heard nothing back. Other than that our stay was wonderful. ”

“Stop looking and book this property. Communication with the host was responsive and easy. The property is out in the country and is nice and quiet. Pics are accurate and it is clean well kept. According to my daughters (11 & 13) the sofa bed was very nice and comfy. Regular beds are nice and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we will be booking this property! ”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. Great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Stevens. The guest house is very clean, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and overall great accommodations. The host is very welcoming, organized and did an outstanding job having everything needed available for guests. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall our stay was good with pros and cons.Pros:-location was a quick easy drive from Seattle to getaway for the weekend-the property is nice and big, with a river running in the backyard which was a quick walk-we liked having access to a grill to bbq-the kids enjoyed being in the hot tub since it was cold outside -the bedrooms each had access to its own bathroom-we liked the open concept and high ceilings Cons:-the hot tub did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our stay-the biggest……
