“먼저 호텔은 아니고 에어비엔비 숙소를 호텔스닷컴에 등록했다고 보는게 좋을것 같습니다. 룸은 거실겸주방이 있고 여기에 2인용 쇼파와 2인용 식탁이 있고 공용욕실이 있습니다. 안방에는 퀸사이즈침대, 옷장과 함께 별도의 욕실이 있고 작은방에는 싱글사이즈 침대와 옷장만 있습니다. 3인가족은 넉넉하게, 어린아이가 있는 4인가족까지는 지낼만 할것같네요. 청소상태가 좀 좋지는 않았는데.. 이점은 콘도가 노후화 되어서 인것 같습니다. 하지만 수영장, 휘트니스센터 등 공용시설과 관광지들과의 거리등 여행적인 요소는 매우 만족했습니다. 추천합니다. ”

“My friend and I (both early 20s) stayed here in the middle of Feb 2025. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed. There was a washer and you can hang clothes out on the balcony. The view was incredible from the rooftop pool and it was not too busy. There is a 24-hour 711 across the street that had all the basics. The condo is walking distance from many amazing restaurants and only about 100 BHT (4 USD) to take a Grab (their Uber brand) into Chiang Mai's Old City. ”

“We had such a good time while visiting Chiang Mai. This is more of a condo then hotel & it was wonderful. The location was a quick ride from the airport. It is located in a quieter part of town but not to far from the action. The room was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything we needed. Haoxin Bai was very helpful & responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely stay her again & would recommend it.”

“チェンマイ鉄道駅前のコンドミニアム。 建物入口にモーニングブッフェをやっているレストランが１１７バーツでやっていてよい。 部屋はきれいだが、扉の取っ手が取れたりと経年劣化は否めない。 ５泊したが一切ルームサービスは無いのでごみの処理に困った。（バスタオル類は部屋に洗濯機があるのでそれを使って洗う。ただ水のタンクはシャワーと洗濯を連続ですると使い切ってしまうため要注意。しばらく水が一切出なくなります。） アメニティーは一切ないので自分で要購入。 民泊と考えればいいです。 大きい冷蔵庫と、電子レンジ食器はある。（食器を洗う洗剤はないため今回は紙コップ等を購入した。） オーナーに電話して鍵を受け取るシステムなので現地の携帯電話と英語力は要する。オーナーは英語が堪能でとてもいい感じの人でした。 ”

“The first room I was given (302/2) had little Wi-Fi, not very clean and a bathroom with a tub pulling away from the wall. When you see (/2) it means it was once one apartment that was divided in two. There was a door between, but I could hear the guy snoring next door. A mattress and furniture were placed against the door! I did talk to the manager and she gave me a much better room (1018) with excellent Wi-Fi and much cleaner! But it had a very odd sloped glass top table. Can’t figure that……
