“This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. “Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend.”

“Very clean, neat, sunny, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Had some trouble with figuring out AC system and had to call the owner, but she was responsive and helpful. (I suggested this should be in the book that was left.) Also, two different days for trash pick-up were listed, which was confusing. One closet door was off its track and fell off onto my sister while she was trying to move it. Other than that, it was very nice and we would recommend it.”
