“House was perfect and super roomy for our family of 4. Porch and outside area were a favorite. House is a short paddle to the river. Kayaks included were in good condition. Host was quick to respond to questions/cincerns. ”

“I am honestly surprised this place was available. The description seemed too good to be true. This is a super unique and amazing place to stay. Being able to kayak down to the Springs and get there early in the morning before crowds is worth it alone. But the house is great, there is a nice little dock with a fire pit (gas) and you see mullet jumping in the river constantly. It is about a 5 minute walk to the wildlife park. This is not Disneyworld. it’s 1000 times better. I am reviewing photos……

“Wonderful stay! Such a great location to access the Weeki Wachee River. We kayaked everyday of our stay and saw beautiful manatees and porpoises. Owner is quick to respond. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and the dock and looking at the canal. Rental was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!”

“Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!”

“Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.”

“We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!”
