“Jean is a great host, always available. The condo met our needs for a quiet and relaxing week and was a great value for the price. The community residents were all very friendly and accommodating. Our only disappointment was that there were no "real" gulf beaches in the area. We had to drive over an hour to get to a nice white sand beach.”

Unit was very clean and well equipped with not only the essential things but it had a lot of the other things you need to make a meal such as utensils,oven mitts,hot plates,spices,etc. they had many other things available like aloe,lotion,shampoo,body wash, etc. the grounds are well kept and the people who live-stay there were all very nice too. “We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars!”

If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! “The place is cute with gorgeous views (except you can see right in the neighbors living room from the balcony) the tenants were nice but almost all in their late 60s-80s. Not many families so our kids didn’t meet any other kids. Great fishing and can see dolphins on the bay. Inside needs a little work - dishwasher and kitchen sink leaked . Master toilet was wobbly and tub didn’t drain properly. And bathroom door didn’t latch - also a painting was poorly mounted near front door and would get hot……
