“In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. “The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. The room was very clean and equipped with all essential utensils for the kitchenette. Staff at the front desk were helpful. They helped me print some……

“Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm).
