“It was a great 3 days cozy and nice. The back was awesome to entertain family and friends after graduation. ”

“Pros: very clean. Easy parking. Nice bathroom and A/C. Kitchen spotless and modern. Easy stay with no issues. Cons: only one small thing- there is a drywall ceiling seam open in the bedroom. That's being extremely picky, but thought you'd like to know this is a real review. ”

“Our large family congregated to celebrate the 80th birthday of my husband, the patriarch of our family. I couldn’t have chosen a better spot to do this! The spacious house and yard was just as expected from the listing, and the owner was so nice to meet us there to show and explain everything. There are so many “fun” things to do there from the fire pit with s’mores to playing cornhole or air hockey, etc. Plus, there’s lots of seating on the big patio for just sitting and talking. “Our extended family was in town for the December Texas A&M graduation. Perfect location close to the University and quiet neighborhood.The house was wonderful so that our group could all be in one location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware so our group could have meals together at home. There was a minor issue that arose and the Host was easy to contact and quick to resolve it fully.I would definitely rent again.”
