“Clean property, good location, easy check in/out, lots of space and bedrooms for bigger groups ”

“The property is big, its quite clean, has plenty of room for a big group, on street parking. The only downside was it has no air-conditioner. We stayed during the summer where there was a heatwave warning in Calgary July 8, 2024. The shower room (bathroom) at the basement area has no enclosure to avoid water from splashing around the floor area, that needs to be improved. If staying there during summer days, I do not recommend this place unless the owner will be willing to install aircon and……

“This property was just fine for our short night before flying out. Close to the airport! The listing did not mention it was an apartment in someone’s lower level. Again, fine, but not advertised. A parking spot was mentioned in the listing but driveway was full. ”

“Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. “I booked this stay last minute because I wanted to be in a diverse and welcoming part of Calgary, and this location in the southwest part of downtown was perfect.
