“Nice, clean place in a great location! Pros: - Clean - Nice water pressure in shower! - Free parking - Great location - Washer/dryer in the unit Cons: - Although the primary bed was extremely comfortable, the sofa bad where my tweens slept was extremely uncomfortable. They were hardly able to sleep. - When I booked the place, I thought I was booking a hotel, not a private unit. There was no house-cleaning performed during our 5-night stay. Some other minor quibbles which I won't get into……

“The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).”

“Knobs needs repair. Twin beds are smal without sufficient comforts. Found hair on ground of bathroom. The hotel has the best view, but needs more care for details. Otherwise, I prefer moving to chain hotels next time.”

“We had the best time staying at Marc’s house. He was a great and communicative host that was easily available if we had any questions. The check in process was seamless and easy and the house was in perfect condition at check in. Everything is very clean and new and the house just has a very pleasant vibe. The photos of the house do a good job showing the Charm and great decor. We would definitely come back and rent again. Thank you Marc! ”
