“Close to everything Louisville. Great places to eat very close to the Condo.”

“This property was very convenient to downtown Louisville and quick to get to the highways if heading out to other spots on the Bourbon Trail. The place was very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but very close to many restaurants if you don't. Half bath wasn't quite a separate bath given the layout, but it worked well for us nonetheless.”

“The property felt very safe, tucked in a nook with door codes. They even have a covered parking space close by. The accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located. We would recommend this place for girls trip, friends or family. ”

“The location was great as it's a 10-minute walk to the downtown restaurants and Distilleries. We were in for Derby week and enjoyed the unit which is in a restored building. Only minor issues were the sound of the foot traffic from the upstairs unit and lack of an iron/ironing board as the girls wanted to freshen up their Derby outfits.The surge pricing was astronomical but normal price per day is very reasonable. ”

“Gaining access to the condo was not as simple as the description suggested. But that was a minor hiccup. The space was clean nicely, decorated, and spacious. And easily accessible to attractions.”

“Such a cute condo in a fun and vibrant neighborhood. There is a lot of noise from the road and bars at night, just as described in the listing. The host provided ear plugs, fans, and sound machines. Would stay here again!”

“My three sisters and I enjoyed our three nights at Laura’s place. She was very proactive with communication. There are several codes to know for the parking area and front door, but she explained it clearly.Parking was good with a reserved spot and permit only spot. We did have to use street parking one night because we returned late, but it was only a block away. Very nice area. You do hear bar noise, but nothing more than is described in the listing. Earplugs are provided. Would stay again!”

“This was a great location a few blocks from the excitement of the Bourbon Trail and waterfront activities. Short walk or easy Ubers. Due to colder and rainy weather we did not get to experience the roof top. My husband has balance issues and he was able to handle the wide spiral staircase. The owner provides coffee/tea included. Then other snack or beverage items are setup on a payment honor system for your enjoyment. Location is very secure.”

“Overall a good stay. Good location. Easy access. Kurig coffee maker.Would have been an excellent stay but I’ve had a mattress out of a box that was more comfortable. Really needs updates on the beds. Not comfortable at all for me or my colleagues. Nice place though.”

“Owners were great. Place was nice. Great communication and convenient location.”

“I loved the big room, my favorite part. I'm 84 years old so streaming TV was difficult for me. Actually it served me as I didn't have access to the TV I wanted so overall I appreciated not having access to it. I love and adore the neighborhood, so many possibilities for shopping, restaurants and Frankfort Avenue has been part of my life at various parts of my younger life. I love to open windows and door at home and I couldn't do that at the VRBO. No screen doors, do opening doors didn't work.……
