“The rental was well organized and had everything we needed for an overnight. ”

“We were in town for a show at nearby venue, location is very close to several really great food spots, Korean Thai Italian. This place is immaculate. Brightly and tastefully decorated. Comfy sheets and great shower. Tons of room for my husband and two teen boys. Steep steps up to the unit and also spiral staircase might be hard for people with mobility issues, otherwise perfect sty and host was very quick to respond when we asked to check in early. Which we did, 45 minutes early. Very happy……

“Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again.”

“I’m from Louisville, but moved away a few years ago, and the location is perfect! This apartment was absolutely charming; very comfy bed, a good sized kitchen, and a lovely, lighted patio. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Super responsive management team, and a safe and secure environment! Would note, that if you aren’t able to climb stairs, this wouldn’t be your spot, but other than that, I couldn’t recommend it more!”

“We had a fine experience here in this area of Louisville. There are several shops many beautiful homes. It’s an older neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it was convenient to our shopping and Churchill Downs event. The only thing I didn’t understand when I was checking in is that this is an apartment home so there is another apartment being rented, but it provided no problem or issue for us”

“Very cute apartment. Only drawback was the stairs. If you are young with no mobility issues this is a great little apartment in downtown. Everything is very close. Parking was a little less ”

“The place was as advertised. It gets “used” but was very clean. You’re in a great location. While there’s outside noise, easy to sleep and drown it out with the white noise app on iPhone. Super easy communication with host. Definitely will stay again on another visit. ”
