“Excellent location! The cottage feels fresh and new from the moment you walk in. It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We loved the extra touches like kayaks, canoes, and other amenities that gave us plenty to do. Even though it rained for three days, we still had a wonderful time both relaxing indoors and enjoying the waterfront whenever the weather cleared.The setting is quiet and peaceful, yet just a 20-minute drive……

“Upon arrival we found dead bugs on the inside of the cottage likely from windows being left open. Septic tank was beyond full which meant the toilets backed up/flooded and flooded into the shower. Owner had a septic guy come out to empty the tank but the pipes must've been so far gone because of the full septic tank that the issues continued even after the septic tank was empty. Unfortunately could not continue to stay here so we had to leave. Other than that, it has beautiful views on a very……

“My family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage in Novar, Ontario. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and stylish décor—it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was especially stunning and fully equipped, making it a pleasure to cook and gather in.The outdoor surroundings were just as amazing. The landscape was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous. We spent hours relaxing on the dock, enjoying the……

“The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. Even though the owner had a solution the next day, I believe completing everything and listing the property would……

I would say the only area that could use improvement would be the cleaning.
