“The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. ”

“I booked the house to visit family in the area. It was a great choice for my adult children to be able to stay with us all in one place. The location was great for where I needed to be. The place was very clean! The host was very easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend! ”

“Visually clean, but the refrigerator was dirty. Choose not to use the entire kitchen. Kitchen window was plastic taped. So tired, sleeping mostly. TV did not have local channels, would have had to setup my logins. Did not bother. Front door lock was not very secure, the futon in the living room was so flat, so cheap, that I could feel the severe uncomfortableness after sitting 5 minutes. Left as early as possible. This could be a great place, just needs some corrections. Home is for……

“All in all great place, spacious with a nice back deck. Would come back with kids and have a great time, great usage of the basement. Tables and chairs were'nt the best or lack of hand towels. Enjoyable for sure !”

“One very specific reason to stay at this house is it’s a fantastic fun space that’s newly renovated and it’s within walking distance of the shops. The pictures of the place do not do it justice. It’s a fairly large cottage home with front and back Muskoka rooms. The kitchen is a nice big area and the dining room is perfect for 4 to 5 people. It will leave you smiling when you arrive and sad to leave. ”

“We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house.”
